The whole process takes about ten business days from start to finish however painting the pieces that cannot be removed in your home only lasts about two days. (Unless otherwise mentioned at the time of your booking) The rest of the time is spent in our shop prepping and painting your doors and drawers.
Disruption is kept to a minimum. We take all your doors and drawers to be painted (sprayed) off-site and you will have use of your kitchen during most of the painting process.

Your cabinets will first be primed and then painted with a minimum of 2 coats of cabinet paint and stain blocking primer.
We have partnered with one of the best countertop installers around and can have your counters professionally installed around the timing of your cabinet painting. Unfortunately we don’t offer backsplash installation services at this time.
Since all our quotes are provided online and guaranteed, there is never a need for an in-home visit. The only way your quote could change is if the door count you provided was not accurate or there is damage or grime build up that was not disclosed with your quote form submission details.
The only time we paint inside the cabinet boxes is when there are glass doors, and the exterior is being painted a different colour then the interior which can be seen because of the glass doors.
All your doors and drawers will be removed and taken back to our shop to be spray painted off-site at our facility.
The painting will start when we arrive on day one. We start by taking down all your doors/drawers followed by degreasing the fixed pieces. Once dry, we will begin lightly sanding the fixed pieces to help the primer adhere better to the surface. Painting will get started either on day one or day two depending on the size of your project.
You can start using your kitchen after 24 hours of the paint drying. Please keep in mind that extra care will need to be taken since it takes about 1 week for the paint to fully harden.
We offer a five year warranty on cabinets that have not been previously painted.
We can colour match any colour from Benjamin Moore. We recommend visiting a local Benjamin Moore store in person when choosing a colour.
Since we only offer professional cabinet painting services, we wouldn’t be able to assist with adding new pieces however we do have someone we can refer you to.
